Dr Angelica V. Marte
Angelica is a certified executive coach, a program director for tailor-made programs at the Zeppelin University, and a scientist. She has almost 15 year of experience in the academic & corporate education field, and works with executives of different multinational companies. In her lectures at the Zeppelin University she teaches Global Leadership, Leadership, and Diversity. Board positions, coaching and consulting projects, seven years of experience at Johnson & Johnson, and her own entrepreneurial family biography have given her the skills to tackle very diverse roles. Changes of perspectives, dealing with uncertainty and entrepreneurship are aspects she has grown up with and contributed to her skill and mindset. Her passion is driven by her deeply rooted interest in (cultural) differences, and its dynamics - understanding the system as a whole and the executives in the focal point is of key importance to her work in accompanying change & development of leaders.

Bernd Möhle
Bernd is passionate about working with individuals and teams who aspire to grow and develop. He helps individuals to unleash their full potential in times of change or transition. Bernd also assists companies with the development of their talents and leaders.

He aspires to partner with clients to enable them to expand beyond current limitations.

His own leadership experience at the top, his business acumen and cultural awareness enable Bernd to be on the same page with his business clients. For him it is a prerequisite to understand his clients’ environment when he accompanies them in their advancements and transitions.

Tim O'Connell

He helps those who have a strong motivation to lead by inspiring others to achieve their fullest potential, individually and collectively, and thereby achieve the fullest potential of their organizations. He specializes in applying the concepts of purpose, collaboration and creativity to help bring about positive individual and organizational change.

Tim is a certified coach, experienced consultant and has worked for and consulted to some of the largest global companies over the past twenty years. He has lived and worked in Switzerland, Hong Kong and Belgium and is currently based near Zurich with his wife and three children.

John Lalor
John Lalor is an Irish psychologist who trained in clinical psychology. He has over a decade of experience working with all age-groups, and with individuals presenting with a wide range of concerns. He recently trained for his Certified Master Coach qualification (Center for Advanced Coaching, Los Angeles). John wants to work with individuals who are fully committed to starting a collaborative journey of discovery and development.  John is excited about the prospect of this introspective work, where, through the exploration of his clients' concerns and obstacles, solutions will be uncovered, leading to a richer and more fulfilling life.
